Do I have to be a member of the National Association of Rural Health Clinics to register?
No, but you will receive a discounted rate for being a NARHC member!
Is there an option to attend a digital conference?
At this time NARHC
Institutes are offered as an in-person option only.
Do I need to download an event app to attend this conference?
It is recommended that you download the event app prior to the start of the conference. An email will be sent once the app is available for this event. The app will be helpful to see and download speaker presentations, take notes on sessions and exhibitors, see a floor plan of the event space, and MORE!
Where
will the conference be held?
The NARHC 2026 Spring Institute will be held March 16-18, 2026, at the Loews Atlanta Hotel located at 1065 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. This Midtown location is right in the heart of everything. Piedmont Park, the High Museum of Art, the Fox Theatre, the Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta Symphony, and more are all steps from the door. When
should I book my hotel room?
NOW! Why wait? Our room block can fill quickly, and you don’t want to miss out on the NARHC discount! Room block closes February 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Unsure if you are attending? That’s okay! Reservations canceled by 4 PM local time, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee.
Is there a spa at the hotel?
YES!
Exhale Spa is located on the 7th floor and features a detoxifying coed hammam, gym, zen lounge, changing rooms with full amenities, showers, sauna + steam rooms, and a chic well-being boutique. This flagship location of the national, award-winning well-being mecca is a must-see. Will I be able to download the presentations and handouts in advance of
the conference?
Yes. Most sessions will have the presentation and any handouts available uploaded prior to the conference in a PDF format in the event app!
What is the
dress code?
While we do not have a required dress code, we recommend business casual attire with layers to keep you warm in the cold sessions.
Should I bring anything specific to attend?
Some people choose to bring their laptops to take notes during the presentations. If you do, don’t forget your power banks to keep your battery charged! It may be a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket. Session rooms tend to run cold!
What food will be provided at the conference?
We will provide a light continental offering at the start of each morning, snacks in the afternoons, and lunch on the first day. All other meals will be on your own.
Will there be a reception?
NARHC will host a social mixer the first night of the conference, Monday, March 16th. The location will be announced at a later date.
Can I bring my family into the conference space?
No, only registered
attendees may be in the conference space.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Please see the cancellation policy at the bottom of the home page for information on canceling your event registration. Hotel reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before your expected arrival without penalty.
Where will the next conference be held?
The NARHC 2026 Fall Institute will be held September 29 – October 1, 2026, at the Kentucky International Convention Center located at 221 S 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202, with the conference hotel being The Galt House just down the street at 140 N 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202
