NARHC is the only national association in the country focused entirely on Rural Health Clinics. We are a non-profit affiliation of Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) with over 1,700 members. Our purpose is not only to advocate for, but to educate Rural Health Clinics. We strive to inform the RHC community about ever-changing RHC policies and procedures through our conferences and other offerings.
NARHC Institutes occur semiannually, typically in March and September. Our 2.5-day conferences are attended by RHC professionals of all kinds, ranging from hospital CEOs, physicians, clinic managers, and coders. The majority of attendees hold a position of clinic manager or higher. Attending our NARHC Institutes is vital for professionals within the RHC community to stay current on legislative changes affecting RHCs across the nation. We anticipate 450+ to attend each of the 2026 conferences.
Can’t make it to the conference to exhibit? The a la carte sponsorships are independent of the exhibitor table. Have a presence even when you aren’t able to be there!
Don’t wait to get registered. NARHC Table selection is determined by the sponsorship level, followed by the date payment is received. Online registration will open soon. However, included in this prospectus is a registration form.
Exhibitor applications must be submitted with the exhibitor fee to confirm table assignment. Please make the check payable to ‘NARHC’. No application will be processed without the fee included. Refunds are as follows: 100% if 60+ prior to conference; 50% if 59-45 days prior; no refund/transfer if 44-0 days prior. All cancellations will incur a $25 administrative fee per person.

upcharge. Tables and sponsorships will not be held until payment is received. Table assignment within the venue will be decided upon sponsorships and date payment is received.

Room block closes February 23rd or whenever block fills (whichever comes first). Booking within the room block helps keep rates low for you and fellow attendees.
